Install the pivot base on the glass center-line marked
on the curb.
Install the soffit sleeve and top socket using only
the hole in the center of the stick-on template.
Bore a hole for the soffit sleeve using a
9/16" masonry
drill bit.
Using a plumb bob, check that the soffit hole center
is directly over the center of the middle hole on the pivot
base plate. It is essential that these two center holes
accurately align.
Put clear silicone in the soffit sleeve hole.
Secure the sleeve in place with the screw supplied.
The screw must thread into a solid wood header.
