Standard Specifications

For Signature Pivot

Units shall be Signature Pivot Enclosures as manufactured by Southeastern Aluminum Products, Inc., Jacksonville, Florida.

Materials

Structural metal shall be extruded aluminum – 6463 alloy, T-6 temper – brite dip anodized with polished finish or powder coated. Glass shall be 3/8" or 1/2" Safety Tempered Glass with no-shiner edgework to meet or exceed ANSI 97.1–2004 and/or CPCS 16CFR–1201-III requirements. Towel bars and handles shall be solid brass, chrome plated brass or powder-coated brass. All fasteners shall be stainless steel; different grades are permissible.

Construction

Each door panel shall be secured by two extruded aluminum clamping pivot channels. – 6463 alloy, T-6 temper – polished, brite dip anodized or powder coated finish. Each pivot channel is provided with three stainless steel setscrews and a clamping bar to secure the door panel. Each door panel shall have holes pre-drilled for handles or towel bar installation through the glass.

Installation

Installation shall be made according to Manufacturer's instructions and drawings included with all units. Headers and seal vinyl shall be shipped extra length to allow exact cutting at time of installation.

Limited Warranty

Southeastern Aluminum's products are guaranteed for a period of one year from date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective units at the option of Southeastern Aluminum Products, Inc. This warranty is void if the unit shows any signs of physical abuse or neglect or there is evidence of improper installation. Southeastern Aluminum Products, Inc. is not responsible for any damages or injury to persons or property except for replacement or repair of defective units.
